A 1962 Fender Vibrolux Amp in exceptionally fine, all original, museum quality condition. super clean panel with clearly visible graphics, no scratchy pots. Virtually no wear on the brown tolex covering, no rips, tears, or stains on the original grill cloth. For your consideration, an exceptionally fine example of a 1955 Gibson GA-40 in 2 tone salt and maroon, a very rare find in this condition! Quiet at idle, cranked it has huge overdrive tone with the pronounced mid-range and thick, bluesy drive & sustain that 50's amps are known for! Recently serviced with replacement capacitors and added tremolo footswitch connection, its 15 watts are powered through its original transformer into the original 12" Alnico speaker with speaker code 220526. 1963 Magnatone Custom 440 in excellent, all original condition. Recently professionally serviced. very little wear on the exterior covering, except for some minor dings around the edges. original grill cloth is perfect with no rips, tears, or stains. The control panel is clean and all of the graphics are clearly legible. All of the knobs and switches move smoothly with no stickiness or scratchiness. All original electronics, including the pots, caps, speaker, and transformers. includes the original cover. This amplifier is an excellent example of a Premier Twin 8R. The speakers and reverb tank date to 1965 and all original parts are present. One of very few known examples available for sale today of this ultra rare and fantastic sounding amp, this is the best kept secret of harp players and guitarists alike. It has the original matched pair of alnico speakers, with amazing tone.
This amp is in excellent condition! It has had an external 1/4" jack installed for use with an external speaker. All panels including the front grill are in great shape; the handle has mild separation in the leather, but it does not affect the operation. Don't let this gem pass you by! ...More »
1959 Fender Champ Amp in tweed, this legendary 5F1 model is in excellent condition, original grill cloth is near perfect with no rips or tears, the original tweed covering shows moderate wear typical of an amp this age, but no signs of separation or fraying at the corners, electronics conform to factory specifications, with the exception of a changed speaker, original handle and logo are present, the labeling on the control plate is clearly legible, the amp still has it's original two pong power cable.
