IS MY TRANSACTION SECURE?
All items available for direct internet purchase will be processed through our shopping cart on our secure server so that all your information will be 128 bit encrypted through our secure certificate to avoid being intercepted by a third party. Once a purchase has been consummated an invoice will be generated describing the goods purchased. This invoice will be sent to your designated email address. A staff member will follow up with shipping and related charges before your order is processed.
IS MY ITEM IN STOCK?
You may contact us by phone at 866.787.2865 during business hours to verify the availability of an item. If an order is placed through our website, we will contact you to confirm your order and payment total before processing the order.
HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?
An order may be placed over the phone, in person, or online. Please call or visit us during business hours. Online orders may be placed 24 hours a day, seven days a week from our website with any major credit card.

CANCELING AN ORDER:
Please contact us by phone at Tel: 866.787.2865 during business hours to cancel an order. There are no fees or charges to cancel an order; however, we CANNOT cancel an order once it has been shipped.
WHAT IF I HAVE PROBLEMS ADDING TO CART?
Cookies must be enabled within browser settings, more information here for enabling cookies. Lowering the security settings may also help. AOL users may need to turn on cookies as some browser versions are set to off by default. High personal firewall privacy settings may also effect cart operation but in most cases not. Norton / Symantec Personal Firewall users may have HTTP Referrers turned off. Norton Internet Security when set to not report HTTP Referrers is a so called "privacy" issue for a user. For the website owner it's a "security" issue if they don't report the referrer, almost a catch-22. Just turn referrers on by:

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
Our online pricing reflects a 3% discount for cash payments. Payments deemed as "cash" sales include certified check, cashiers check, personal check, money order, or bank wire transfer. Regardless of your payment method, your order will not ship until payment has cleared. For faster processing times, we recommend using bank wire transfer.
International orders require payment via bank wire transfer.
Credit Card Option:
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. When paying with a credit card, please submit the correct billing address to help us prevent fraud. If the correct billing address is not submitted, your order will be refused. Submitting a payment using a credit card forfeits your privilege to the 3% cash discount. Credit card orders may be placed securely through our website, or customers may call in the information during business hours.
Items may be purchased using the layaway option with a 20% cash down payment. Items on layaway must have the balance paid in full within 30 days.
WILL I BE CHARGED SALES TAX?
There is a 6.00% sales tax assessed on any order purchased/delivered within the state of Pennsylvania.
WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
Shipping and handling will be determined after an online order is submitted. Customers may also call during business hours or email for a shipping quote. We typically ship using Fed Ex Ground. Faster service and insurance is available, including overnight, upon request for an additional fee.
International Customers please note: Any additional fees including duties, VAT, or any other charges related to international shipping are the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable. Shipping forms will reflect the purchase price and will not be altered.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We offer returns for authenticity. All returns must be authorized by the store, however, return authorizations will not be issued without phone or in person contact - no emails. Guitars returned within the 24-hour approval period will have a refund issued, less shipping and related expenses. Any guitars returned after the 24-hour approval period, and not exceeding two weeks, are subject to an 18% re-stocking fee. Instruments must be returned in the same condition as shipped. Anything shipped to us not bearing a valid return authorization number provided by us will not be accepted by our receiving department. We cannot offer returns for amps, consignment instruments, layaway items, guitars discounted below our posted price, or items shipping internationally. These items are sold "As Is" without express warranty intended or implied.
