|1973 Telecaster Fender|
This 1973 Fender Telecaster is presented in very good condition, with a body only refinish accentuating the highly figured ash body in hippie natural! The original neck finish and decal are intact, the neck plate serial number shows 1973, and with dual string trees, a neck stamp of 1303X036, and the original pot readings of 3047304 and 3047305, this instrument was clearly produced in 1973; the rosewood fingerboard which was rare for this time period produces a pleasant contrast to the natural ash body. This guitar plays like a dream and sounds even better with matched pickups at 7.35k at the bridge and 7.51 at the neck! Includes original hard shell case! This feather-light Tele weighs in at 7 lbs even and is in great shape with very minimal fret wear on the original frets, the pots and switch are original with some of the wiring replaced, and the stock bridge saddles have been replaced with brass barrel saddles for a more resonant tone. This item is in used condition and may have mild wear, dings, dents, patina, or scratches commensurate with its age and use. If you have any questions, please contact us prior to placing your order.
